I almost always play on 200cc. For that I go with Dry Bones, Mr. Scooty, Roller tires, and Cloud Glider. Basically makes 200cc completely trivial.

For everyone's information, the competitive meta of 200cc uses exactly the same combo as 150cc. Yoshi, teddy buggy/ms scutty and the blue/red wheels.

if they ever make another mario kart i hope they give it back its wings but keep the new mechanics because the wii versions animations looked so much more cooler

Absolutely hate like all the changes they did to Lakitu in Mario Kart 8. That boost kind of made be feel better for doing it after falling off the track. Also I hate the lightning effect and sometimes used to throw myself off the track to go back to normal size quicker. Not possible anymore.

meh, you really don't want a blue shell in the first place. It's a mechanism for erasing the distance that first place gains by having minimal competition, just like the shock. The difference is that it only helps 2nd place and not necessarily any players in the back. So, it's actually the worst item to acquire in the game.
